As we continue to expand across Metro Manila, we’re looking for a highly driven General Manager who can lead our operations, uphold our brand standards, and translate our vision into daily execution.
Role Description
The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of all Sobra Café branches. This includes supervising branch managers, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand quality, managing budgets, and driving both profitability and culture. The GM acts as the bridge between the CEO and all departments—ensuring alignment, accountability, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across branches to ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and customer experience.
- Lead and motivate managers and staff; implement performance reviews, training, and discipline as needed.
- Work with the marketing team to plan promotions, evaluate campaigns, and increase foot traffic and brand visibility.
- Monitor branch performance, control costs, and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Implement and improve SOPs for kitchen, service, inventory, and logistics.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure brand standards are met.
- Provide weekly reports and recommendations to the CEO regarding operations, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Support planning and setup of new branches or business units.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or multi‑branch capacity.Strong leadership and communication skills.Organized, data‑driven, and detail‑oriented.Experience working in café, restaurant, or lifestyle hospitality brands is preferred.Can work under minimal supervision and align with the brand’s vision and culture.Seniority level
