We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Secretary to provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role involves handling documentation, basic bookkeeping, and assisting with legal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a construction industry setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence management.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documentation and records.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping, including expense tracking and petty cash management.
- Handle legal documentation processes, including BIR, SEC, and other government-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and government agencies as needed.
- Support management in preparing reports and presentations.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and procurement processes are followed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative, bookkeeping, or office support roles (experience in construction industry is an advantage).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting tools.Knowledge of BIR, SEC, and other legal compliance processes is preferred.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.Benefits
