About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to build and lead the overall marketing function. This role will be central in shaping the brand, driving demand generation, and communicating the value of the company's solutions to providers, health systems, and industry partners.
This is a hands-on, builder role ideal for a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who is motivated by creating meaningful impact within the healthcare technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning
Own the companys brand narrative and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Collaborate with Product and Sales to define and execute GTM strategies for new features, AI capabilities, and product launches.
Demand Generation
Develop and manage scalable demand programs (digital campaigns, events, content, partnerships) to grow pipeline and accelerate sales cycles.
Customer Marketing
Create customer stories, case studies, and advocacy programs to highlight impact and support product adoption.
Thought Leadership
Team & Infrastructure
Analytics & ROI
Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and optimize spend to maximize marketing ROI.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success leading demand generation and product marketing in a growth-stage environment.
Experience building marketing infrastructure, including CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience working closely with sales, product, and executive teams.
Excellent storytelling ability and skill in translating complex healthcare or AI products into clear, compelling messages.
Comfortable being hands-on in the early stages while building towards scale.
