This is a remote position.

Position Title : Marketing Specialist

Work Set-up : Work From Home

Salary : Php 40,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM PH Time

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position requires a creative, organized, and strategic professional who can balance hands-on execution with leadership. The successful candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign creation, and sales-driven initiatives, while leveraging AI tools and marketing automation to enhance efficiency and results.

Responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist :

  • Provide end-to-end marketing admin support, including PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns (approx. 15–20% of the role).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.
  • Support lead generation and business development through marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI tools and marketing automation trends to improve outcomes.

Qualifications as a Marketing Specialist :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in generating sales.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities.
