Work Setup : Morning shift (Monday-Friday)
Hybrid Setup : Primarily remote, with occasional onsite work required at least once per month

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of operations experience, preferably in an agency, creative, or professional services environment
Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational software platforms
Preferably available to start immediately
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies
Knowledge of creative production processes and workflows
Experience with business intelligence tools and dashboard creation
Understanding of budget management and financial reporting
Experience with agency management software like Adobe Workfront, Maconomy
