INNOVATIONS AND EXPERIENCES LEAD
- Defines a clear vision and provides deep insights to mentor and guide the assigned teams
- Oversees consultations and executions of all creative and digital efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule
- Provides leadership and motivation to foster the agency’s standards of creative excellence and digital ingenuity to consistently achieve client goals
Daily goals :
Oversee all pitch and project requirements and ensure everything is properly managed and on trackAssess the right team members to be involved in the different pitch and project requirementsDefine the project approach, lead strategic planning and brainstorming of the teamLead team presentations to Creative Director to secure all necessary approvalsIdentify and monitor daily next steps on assigned requirements to ensure adherence to internal and external timelinesCreate final pitch presentations, with the support of the respective pitch teamsLead pitch presentations to clientConsult on innovations and experience requirements for existing accounts whenever necessaryShare new innovations and trends on digital for the team to experiment withKEY ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP
Responsible in leading the overall creative operations for assigned accounts - from planning to executionEngages senior clients with an unparalleled understanding of what they need and where they can take their brands and businessCollaborates with art directors, strategy managers and digital development heads to ensure holistic and timely execution of projectsEnsures all projects have signed cost estimates and are billed accordinglyTEAM MANAGEMENT
Guides and mentors the Strategic Services team, providing constructive feedback on their performance and work attitudeEnsures that daily administrative tasks are delivered and executed with due diligenceAble to fairly implement and enforce company policies and is reliable in troubleshooting challenges that may also involve other departmentsGENERAL MANAGEMENT
Works closely with upper management for the following :
Monitor and actively manage the strategy team’s workloadEnsure all projects are running smoothly and brand relationships are properly managedContinuously elevate the standard and quality of work output as well as the service provided to the clientsRequirements
With at least 5 years of experience in any related field.Ready to take on award-winning breakthroughExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Experience leading and developing top performing teams.Open to work onsite if needed, but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.Benefits
