THE MISSION

As a Club Manager, you will run your club like a business unit, not a social space. You'll be accountable for P&L drivers, team execution, membership growth, and operational discipline. Your leadership sets the tempo, the culture, and the scoreboard.

1. Sales & Membership Growth

• Lead daily sales execution : outreach, prospecting, lead follow-ups, A1s / A2s, trial conversions.
• Smash monthly targets for memberships, PT revenue, and local campaigns.
• Build street-level brand visibility through walk-in traffic, referrals, and community touchpoints.
