Job descriptionDeal Setup & Audience BuildBuild audience segments in ONE (our AI platform) based on client specificationsGenerate and name PMP Deal IDs automaticallyCurate inventory packages aligned to target segments Technical Configuration & QAImplement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across platformsExecute campaign QA checklists and secure internal sign-off Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP / DSP)Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feedsDeploy deals into DSP seats and monitor for setup errorsTroubleshoot integration issues across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange) Performance Monitoring & OptimizationMonitor live campaign metrics daily and produce performance reports Margin ManagementTrack campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations to protect profitability Client Escalations & SupportServe as first-line technical support for delivery issues, escalating complex cases to Engineering Continuous Improvement & Knowledge SharingResearch, document, and publish new curation and optimization techniques into the TAM HandbookShare best practices and train peers on emerging programmatic technologies At least 5+ years of hands-on Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading experience Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange) Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection Excellent communication—able to translate technical concepts for clients and cross-functional teams Passionate About Programmatic : You live and breathe programmatic media and love the craft. About the Role
You’ll own the full lifecycle of the client's curated-audience campaigns—from decoding client briefs into live PMP deals to mastering every layer of the tech stack (tags, pixels, SSP / DSP integrations) and continually fine-tuning performance to hit both KPIs and margin targets. Your deep expertise in leading SSPs and DSPs, combined with a big-picture understanding of the ever-evolving programmatic ecosystem, will ensure each activation launches smoothly, scales efficiently, and delivers standout results.
