Customer Service Assistant attends to and acts on all administrative tasks concerning the department as well as communicates such problems to the internal customers.
Provides well-informed and efficient service to both external and internal customers.
Provides the necessary assistance and coordination to tenants, customers, external partners, and the SM organization in relation to their concerns.
Ensures the constant availability of all company forms for its immediate release after the accomplishment of the requesting party, for the purpose of ensuring that all administrative tasks are managed properly, addressed on time, and results are cascaded to immediate superior.
Requirement
Educational and Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Must be customer-service oriented.
Willing to work during weekends, holidays and shifting schedules.
