How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Provide empathetic customer support via Instagram and email, with occasional phone follow-ups for unresolved inquiries
- Assist mothers with concerns related to our breast pumps (e.g., motor failure, clicking sounds, setup issues) and bottle warmers (e.g., charging issues, liquid leakage)
- Review and analyze customer-submitted images or videos to accurately diagnose product issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Offer guidance and troubleshooting to ensure mothers can effectively use our products to support their breastfeeding journey
- Educate mothers especially new one son pumping frequency, correct positioning, and best practices to help them feel more confident
- Collaborate with our team to enhance customer experience and refine support resources based on common concerns
What You Must Possess
Strong empathy and patience, with a passion for supporting mothers in their breastfeeding journeyExcellent communication skills, particularly in written formats (Instagram DMs, emails) and phone conversationsCertification in Lactation Consulting such as IBCLC or other recognized credentials (preferred)Personal and professional experience with breastfeeding and pumping experienceCustomer service and technical support experience, ideally in a role requiring problem-solving and product troubleshootingAttention to detail, especially when assessing product issues through customer-provided images and videosExperience in BPO and non-BPO (e.g., hospitals, clinics, maternal health centers) healthcare settings or a strong interest in maternal supportAbility to multitask and prioritize inquiries, ensuring that every mother feels heard and supportedPreferably female candidatesWhat You Shall Receive
