How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Provide empathetic customer support via Instagram and email, with occasional phone follow-ups for unresolved inquiries
• Assist mothers with concerns related to our breast pumps (e.g., motor failure, clicking sounds, setup issues) and bottle warmers (e.g., charging issues, liquid leakage)
• Review and analyze customer-submitted images or videos to accurately diagnose product issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Offer guidance and troubleshooting to ensure mothers can effectively use our products to support their breastfeeding journey
• Educate mothers especially new one son pumping frequency, correct positioning, and best practices to help them feel more confident
• Collaborate with our team to enhance customer experience and refine support resources based on common concerns
