Job descriptionConsistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Identify and research potential clients through diverse channels, including networking, referrals, leveraging personal connections, and online research. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Engage in effective contract and pricing negotiations with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while optimizing company profitability. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify and capitalize on emerging sales opportunities. Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular reports to management for performance tracking and strategic planning.
Salary : 270,000 - 550,000

Required Experience :
【Strong Connections in the Consumable Goods / Food Industry】
・The candidate should have good relationships in the consumable goods or food industry, especially with non-Japanese companies.
・Having connections with large groups aims to expand into these sectors.
【Experience as a General Manager or Higher】
・The candidate should have experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
・They should be able to plan and manage their own sales activities independently.
