Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of food delivery services and menu items is an advantage. Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in using computer systems and order management software.

Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with placing food orders, updating delivery details, and answering inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints related to late deliveries, incorrect orders, or quality issues.
- Provide information on menu items, promotions, and special offers.
- Process refunds, cancellations, or changes to existing orders.
- Coordinate with drivers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the order status in the system.
