Everyone belongs - a sense of belonging brings us all together. We operate as One Team. The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our team. The project coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects by providing administrative, logistical, and communication support. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with managers and team leads to define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines, including detailed task lists and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, track resource allocation, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise project status reports (weekly and as needed).
• Manage and maintain the (or similar) dashboard to reflect current project statuses and progress.
• Oversee brand disposition projects.
• Assist with software licensing renewals, IT status meetings, and the preparation of metric dashboards.
• Manage other project-related tasks, including budgeting, vendor communication, and training coordination.
• Adhere to established PMO standards and best practices.
