We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Associate to join our growing team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support. What you'll be doing

Respond to and resolve incoming support requests from clients in a timely and efficient manner

Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems

Provide clear and concise instructions to clients to help them resolve issues independently

Maintain accurate records of support activities and document resolutions for future reference

Liaise with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless problem resolution

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and industry best practices to provide optimal support

What we're looking for

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable way

Familiarity with a wide range of hardware, software, and networking technologies

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
