Qualification :
High School Graduate / SHS / College Level
With or without call center experience
Good communication skills (English and Filipino)
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Fast learner and can work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge
Responsibilities :
Answer inbound or outbound calls
Assist customers with concerns, inquiries, or complaints
Provide accurate and timely information
Maintain professionalism in every call
Encode call details in the system
