Job title : Production Planner Staff

Work Location : Malvar, Batangas

Reports to : Assistant Manager / Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure the timely delivery of products

Production Planner

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and resource availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Make the machine run schedule based on client demand
• Simulate Manpower to meet production demand
• Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Communicate with various departments to resolve issues affecting production timelines or quality.
• Work with quality control to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

Education and / or Work Experience / Skills Requirements :

Any 4-year course graduate

At least 2 years of work experience in related tasks

Computer literate (Excel, Word, spreadsheet)

Know production plans

Know about purchasing activity

Can understand process flow

Excellent communication skills (Verbal and non-verbal)
