Job Description
The Talent Attraction (TA) Specialist ensures an adequate pipeline of candidates for existing staff to manager level vacancies by facilitating end-to-end recruitment operations. The TA Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of workforce attraction, talent sourcing, and recruitment-related activities.
Talent Attraction Strategies

Lead the day-to-day recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate journeyBuild collaborative relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance on the end to end talent attraction processDevelop and manage a high-touch end-to-end candidate experience journeyCoach, advise and provide guidance to HR Partners and hiring managers on talent attraction best practiceEstablish and maintain the department filing system, employee personnel files, and recruitment filesMonitor the referral programAssist in the process improvement, such as in updating existing recruitment policies and proceduresMonitor Hiring For Tomorrow programsAudit monthly new updates and memosManagement of employee recordsProvide excellent people experience service to candidates and hiring managersVendor Management
Manage all external recruitment partner relationships acting as a focal point within the organisationMonitor performance through regular supplier feedback sessionsTrack the use of the recruitment agencies and associated spendFood Safety
Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.Other Tasks
Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.Qualifications
Education :
At least a Bachelor’s degree graduate
Experience :
At least three (3) years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.Extensive experience in candidate attraction and building a strong talent pipeline, with flexibility to deliver tailor-made recruitment solutions.Strong background in sourcing, with proficiency in various sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.Experience in hiring for agribusiness or the farm industry is highly preferred.License / s : Not Applicable
