Manufacturing / Production Control Manager - OEE (47669)

Salary : 40,000 - 60,000

Required Experience :

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager.
• With experience in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of ferrous steel metal materials.
• Understanding of machining procedures.
• Extensive practical experience working on-site.
• Business-level proficiency in both Tagalog and English.
• Practical experience with electrical cables.
• Strong motivation and ability to improve productivity and operations.
• A person who can analyze on-site issues and devise specific countermeasures.

Your initial responsibilities will include understanding the current state of our manufacturing floor and driving improvements in productivity, quality, and overall operations. Your main duties will be to analyze OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), identify issues such as time loss, quality defects, and equipment downtime, and implement specific solutions. In the future, you will be expected to guide the team in continuous improvement activities and help elevate their skills.
