Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with channel partners through communication, joint planning, and strategic engagement.
Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources necessary to effectively promote and sell the company's offerings.
Co-develop and implement business plans with partners, aligning on sales objectives, marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
Monitor partner performance against key metrics-such as revenue contribution, market penetration, and customer satisfaction-while implementing improvement actions when needed.
Identify, assess, and onboard high-potential partners to expand and diversify the channel network.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partner success and alignment with organizational goals.
Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring adherence to brand, legal and programmatic standards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any IT- related field (minimum requirement).
At least 2 years of experience in strategic partner engagement and relationship management.
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets through channel partners, with a solid understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate cross- functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
Strong analytical thinking, business planning, and experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to partner needs and manage conflict resolution and negotiations with diplomacy.
