This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales located in Pasig, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Head of Sales will lead, build, and mentor the sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to achieve business goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to set and achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Account Management, including building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Team Management skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and create data-driven strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and consistently delivering results.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the technology and operations industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
