Job descriptionYou have at least 2 years experience ideally in Marketing Communications or SEO / SEM within Real Estate industry. You have working knowledge of MarketSharp, coordination skills, Contractor's Cloud and communication skills Familiarity with Google Business, off-site directories, social media and Contractor's Cloud. Strong command of SOPs, KPIs, and project management tools. Proactive, organized, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote role. Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Device : Laptop or desktop (under 3 years old) CPU : Intel i5 (10th-gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5+ RAM : Minimum 8GB Internet : 50–100 Mbps min (plus backup connection) Audio / Video : Working webcam, mic, headset GREAT work culture Build a meaningful career filled with freedom, balance, and the support you deserve! The Role : What You’ll Do
- Analyze & Optimize : Monitor website traffic, conversions, Google Ads, and top pages weekly.
- SEO & Content : Strengthen keyword strategy and website content weekly; write monthly blog posts; improve content visibility across directories & off-site platforms to boost AI chatbot search results
- Brand Growth : Manage Google Business Profiles and Local Service Ads; help launch and grow our YouTube channel and social media presence.
- Customer Journey & CRM : Track client stages and follow-ups using GoHighLevel CRM; keep notes and statuses updated, relay key details to field technicians via Slack—experience with GoHighLevel features essential.
- Executive Support : Manage calendars, emails, and projects—keeping leadership focused on what matters most.
