JOB DESCRIPTION :
The HubSpot Specialist will own and optimize our HubSpot CRM to support lead generation, retention, organization, and partner growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with the Supplier Acquisition team to streamline workflows, integrate Amazon and DTC data, continually update new contacts and brands, reorganize existing data, and ensure accurate reporting. This role requires someone who is both technical and strategic — capable of building automations, segmentations, and dashboards while also identifying new opportunities to improve partner lifecycle management, organization, and sales efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
A. CRM Management & Optimization
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and segmentation.
- Create and optimize workflows, pipelines, and automation to support lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention.
- Work closely with US team members following trade show attendance to download post show review notes as well as log all business cards and conversation that were had.
- Diligently log all prospecting meeting notes from US team members to ensure all data is accounted for and current.
- Integrate HubSpot with Amazon Seller data, Shopify, and other key business systems (e.g., Slack, Asana, Gorgias).
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key metrics like lead velocity, LTV, and sales performance.
B. Sales Enablement
Work closely with the Supplier Acquisition Team and account management to optimize deal stages, pipelines, and task automation.Create templates and sequences for prospecting, renewals, and customer follow-ups.Provide training and support to internal users on HubSpot best practices.C.Analytics & Reporting
Analyze funnel performance, customer journey data, and deal status.Work with Business Development Manager to measure and refine Supplier Acquisition KPIs for monthly reporting purposes.Build custom dashboards for leadership visibility into lead flow and revenue metrics.Recommend process improvements based on insights from Hubspot.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS :
2+ years of experience managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM (certifications a plus).Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, lead scoring, and lifecycle automation.Proficiency integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and APIs.Analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Amazon Seller Central, DSP, or advertising data integration.Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, or CMS Hub).
