Job description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and development existing key corporate accounts
  • Understand and assess client requirements and prepare accurate proposals.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Production teams, along with the Technical Support team, to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and effectively translated into deliverables.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, including site visits, technical advice, and problem resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity documentation to management.
  • Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Sales
  • SKILLS

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
