Job descriptionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities among commercial, industrial, Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to promote Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and project quotations. Coordinate closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams Manage client relationships and provide after-sales support for ongoing and Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Submit accurate sales forecasts, project updates, and performance reports to Ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and safety Travel extensively within Cebu and the Visayas areas for client calls and project Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC-registered). or Licensed Electrical Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales, design, or project Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and project lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Tagalog, Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering or CRM tools. Demonstrated ability in technical selling and project coordination. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently within Department : Cold Chain Reports to : Sales Manager Location : Cebu and Visayas Areas Salary Range : Php 22,000 to 26, 000 Sales Engineer should be willing to travel to the main office (Calamba Laguna) for about 1 month training.
