Office Staff (Sales Coordinator / Production Planning)

Salary : Negotiable

Location : Paco, Manila

Full-Time & Permanent Position (Immediate Hiring)

Work Schedule : Monday–Saturday | 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Develop strong product knowledge to handle customer inquiries & recommend new products
• Meet customers’ product and delivery requirements
• Coordinate with production staff on inventory & quality control
• Manage finished goods inventory and reconcile with SAP system
• Compile data and prepare reports

Qualifications :

➡️Male or Female, not more than 35 years old

➡️Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering, Computer, Business, or Accounting

➡️Computer literate

➡️Fluent in English

➡️Organized and hardworking

➡️Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

➡️At least 3 years work experience (Preferably)

➡️SAP Business One experience is a plus
