This role combines human resources, administrative support, and operational assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive employee experience. Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Assist with payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information and guidance
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and company events
Administrative & Office Management
Manage general office operations and maintain organized filing systemsCoordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshipsHandle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondenceSchedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendarsPrepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentsMaintain office facilities and ensure a professional work environmentIT Support & Systems
Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware and software issuesAssist with user account setup and access managementHelp maintain IT inventory and coordinate equipment distributionSupport digital tools and platforms used for HR and administrative functionsCoordinate with IT vendors and service providers as neededAdditional Support
Assist with special projects and company initiatives as assignedSupport compliance and regulatory requirementsContribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiativesProvide backup support for other administrative functions as neededRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or office managementProficient in Google Docs, Spreadsheet, Presentation and basic IT troubleshootingExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong attention to detail and multitasking abilitiesExperience with HRIS or database management preferredBenefits
