Location : Cubao, Quezon City

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our US-based operations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is confident in communicating in English and eager to build a career in global project coordination. You’ll work closely with international teams, ensuring smooth communication, task tracking, and project execution across different timezones

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Communicate effectively with US-based clients and internal teams through calls, emails, and reports.
Prepare project updates, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and keep tasks on track.
Support process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Research or related field (required).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

High attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical thinking.

Open to working flexible hours (night shift) to coordinate with US clients.

A collaborative, adaptable, and innovative mindset — eager to learn and grow.
