What You’ll Be Doing
- Search, attract, and onboard affiliates with their own traffic (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA).
- Negotiate terms, present offers, and handle objections with confidence.
- Activate partners : monitor launches, analyze first FTD results.
- Segment affiliate base and work on improving LTV & ROI.
- Monitor traffic quality : GGR, deposits, player behavior.
- Maintain CRM systems, Google Sheets / Excel reports, provide optimization proposals.
- Test new affiliates according to internal quality standards.
- Reduce fraud and retain effective traffic channels.
Ideal Profile :
What Makes You a Great Fit
You have 3+ years of proven experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming in the Philippines.You have an active or historical base of affiliate partners (mandatory).Strong knowledge of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models and ROI optimization.Hands-on experience with tracking systems (Affise, RedTrack, Everflow, or similar).Confident in working with CRM systems (Bitrix24, Pipedrive, HubSpot).Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, filters, reporting).Familiar with traffic analytics (FTD, LTV, ROI, retention, Clean GGR).Basic knowledge of antifraud systems and traffic quality assessment.You’re fluent in English and the local language.Soft Skills That Shine
