Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting

With at least 5 years of experience in Order to Cash

Amendable to work in a night shift schedule

Amendable to work on site in Naga

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead order management, invoicing, credit reviews, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application activities

Ensure timely, accurate processing in compliance with SLAs, internal controls, and client requirements.

Partner with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve operational issues and support continuous, end-to-end workflow.

Oversee daily process activities and manage communications with clients, customers, and third-party partners

Oversee daily operations and stakeholder communications, deliver customer-focused service, manage escalations
