QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the position

Experience : At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Training : At least 4 hours of relevant training

EMPLOYMENT STATUS : To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE : Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• 1. Assists in the preparation and conduct of subcommittee meetings, workshops, relocation, and resettlement action planning, and other project-related activities of the LGUs under the DOTr South;
• 2. Participates in the conduct of Beneficiary Selection, Awards, and Arbitration Committee (BSAAC) meetings and activities as the designated Focal Person to all LGUs affected by the DOTr NSCR Railway Project;
• 3. Maintains and updates database of the project / department;
• 4. Serves as liaison between the partner agencies, and project beneficiaries to ensure effective communication and coordination;

7. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
