Job descriptionGraduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Engineering any Engineering related course.. With at least 1 year experience as Cabling Presales, implementation and post sales. Willing to go to different sites for meetings, implementation and Post Sales Activities. Has exceptional communication skills and multitasking skills. Has a positive attitude towards work. Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Support Engineer will oversee designing, implementing, and maintaining the network and security infrastructure.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledgeable in structured cabling and hands-on experience.
- Evaluates the existing network and security infrastructure and give recommendations.
- Manages and monitors all have installed infrastructure to be in line with products’ best practice.
- Maintaining all installed infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other problems.
