Position Title : Afterhours Talent Consultant
Work Set-up : Work from Home
Schedule : 2 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM / 1 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM (Shifting Schedule)
Salary : Php 25,000
The Afterhours Talent Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the Recruitment Teams by identifying, engaging, and shortlisting top-tier talent for our clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, an understanding of the recruitment process, and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AFTERHOURS TALENT CONSULTANT
ROLE OBJECTIVES
Your Responsibilities as a Afterhours Talent Consultant would be :
o Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach) to identify potential candidates.
o Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in line with client needs.
o Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job opportunities.
o Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
o Manage candidate relationships, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
o Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to recruitment consultants.
o Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
o Ensure a safe working environment and comply with Collar policies and procedures.
o Immediately report any injuries, incidents, accidents, hazards, or near misses to management or the WH&S team.
o Ensure all placements comply with WH&S processes.
o Report all injuries, incidents, accidents, and hazards to management and the WH&S team immediately.
o Work with the Return-to-Work Manager to ensure early return-to-work plans for injured employees.
o Assist management with compliance checklists, reports, audits, and WH&S training.
