Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Content & Campaign Execution
● Implement and manage the monthly marketing content calendar in coordination with the Marketing Head and business units.
● Execute daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across:
○ Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Google Business, and Email Newsletters
○ Website Blog & Pages — including uploading, formatting, tagging, and maintaining content.
● Draft copy for posts, newsletters, and campaign materials in clear, professional English consistent with Terry’s brand tone (warm, witty, knowledgeable).
● Track and report campaign performance weekly and monthly, with actionable insights.
2. Multimedia Design & Production
● Design and produce marketing collaterals for digital and print, including posters, menus, flyers, social content, newsletters, and event materials.
● Capture and edit photo and video content optimized for each platform.
● Coordinate with printers and suppliers for production, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
● Maintain and update a digital asset library (layouts, images, videos, templates, and archives).
3. Digital Marketing & Website Management
● Manage social media posting, content scheduling, and engagement monitoring across all active platforms.
● Prepare and send bi-weekly newsletters and SMS text blasts aligned with ongoing Campaigns.
● Execute paid boosts and digital ads, optimizing engagement and reach within approved budgets.
● Upload, update, and maintain website blog articles, product pages, and event features to ensure current and accurate content.
4. Coordination & Project Management
● Coordinate with internal business units (Bistro, Retail, B2B, Events) to gather marketing requirements, timelines, and feedback.
● Track project progress to ensure all outputs meet deadlines and standards.
● Provide creative input and propose practical improvements for campaign execution.
5. External Liaison & Partnerships
● Liaise professionally with external partners, including:
○ Printers, production suppliers, and packaging vendors
○ Influencers, media, and brand collaborators
○ Marketing counterparts from partner organizations and brand principals
○ Freelance photographers, videographers, and designers
● Ensure all external outputs meet Terry’s brand quality and visual standards.
6. Competitor Analysis & Market Insights
● Conduct monthly competitor scans covering digital, print, and in-store promotions.
● Compile findings into concise reports with visual samples, insights, and recommendations.
● Identify emerging trends, best practices, and opportunities to strengthen Terry’s marketing and creative strategy.
