Photo Processing Agent

Experience : 1+ years in photography / editing with advanced photo or video editing skills; graphic design experience is a plus.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Photography, Real Estate Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Software Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and familiarity with 3D virtual tour tools is a plus.

Technical Proficiency : Comfortable using Windows PCs, cloud platforms, and web technologies.

Editing Expertise : Skilled in photo corrections, cropping, color adjustments, and organizing images to meet brand standards.

QA and Curation : Responsible for reviewing photo / 3D quality, selecting the best images, and ensuring logical image flow.

Virtual Tours : Experience in editing and assembling 3D panoramic images into virtual tours.

Customer Support : Handles email / chat support and responds to specialty editing requests (e.g., Blue Sky, Twilight edits).

Key Traits : Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work independently with strong time management.

Real Estate Savvy : Understands real estate marketing principles and has a strong aesthetic sense for showcasing properties."
