Job Description : Step into a pivotal role where your recruiting expertise will drive growth for an innovative technology recruiting firm. You’ll partner directly with the founder to build exceptional teams while taking on diverse business responsibilities that keep your role engaging and impactful. You’ll have the autonomy to shape processes and make meaningful contributions across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, with a strong focus on global, remote technology talent .
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and presenting top candidates.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques, headhunting strategies, and proactive relationship management.
Support the founder directly with a wide range of executive assistant duties , operational tasks, and business development activities.
Manage email campaigns , outreach sequences, and automated funnels to engage candidates and clients.
Conduct strategic digital outreach across social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities) to expand visibility and attract qualified talent.
Assist with social media marketing , community engagement, and building the company’s brand presence.
Perform automated or manual data entry , CRM updates, and pipeline tracking to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Use (or be willing to learn) RPA, automation tools, and CRM enrichment systems to optimize recruitment workflows.
Collaborate closely with the founder on business expansion, client engagement, lead generation, and operational efficiencies.
Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and a strong community-building mindset.
Support general business operations as needed, including research, scheduling, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience , ideally including headhunting or executive search.
Based in the Americas (North, Central, or South America) to ensure timezone alignment.
Technology recruitment experience strongly preferred; familiarity with tech stacks, software roles, or coding concepts is a plus.
Strong interest or experience in community building , networking, and relationship-driven growth.
Ability to independently manage sourcing, outreach, and full recruitment processes with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with candidates, clients, and community contacts.
