Job description

The Housekeeping / Store Assistant member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, as well as assisting with inventory management and other operational tasks. This role ensures a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients and supports the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Housekeeping Duties :

  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the clinic, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Perform regular dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
  • Ensure all surfaces are disinfected and that the clinic meets health and safety standards.
  • Launder and maintain linens and towels used in treatments.

2. Store Assistance :

  • Assist in managing inventory of clinic supplies, including ordering, receiving, and stocking items.
  • Maintain an organized storage area and ensure that supplies are readily accessible.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Office Manager.
  • Assist in preparing treatment rooms by ensuring necessary supplies are available.
  • 3. Customer Service :

  • Greet clients and visitors, providing assistance as needed.
  • Ensure the waiting area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with reading materials and refreshments.
  • Address client inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • 4. Support Tasks :

  • Assist clinical staff with setting up and cleaning treatment rooms between appointments.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as photocopying, and filing when needed.
  • Assist in organizing clinic events and workshops, including setting up and cleaning up after events.
  • 5. General Duties :

  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Office Manager.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, or store assistant roles is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and handle supplies.

    Pay : Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
