Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience for efficient and profitable operation of The Bar and Salon De Ning, whilst ensuring exceptional levels of Food and Beverage service and team engagement.

Key accountabilities

• ​​Always ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests
• Handle, or relay to the F&B Manager, Assistant Director of F&B or Director F&B, all guest and internal customer complaints, and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
• Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
• Liaise with the kitchen on daily operations and quality control if appropriate
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to employees on preparation, service and menu

General Requirements

• Must be a college graduate, with a degree in line with Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury or upscale bar environment. And minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior Bartender or any related position of being a leader.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Knowledgeable of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including, evenings, weekends, holidays, and broken shift.
