IT Project Coordinator Associate - Alabang

About the Job : Associate IT Project Coordinator (Alabang) | Onsite

Location : Must be willing to work in a 100% onsite set up in Alabang

Employment Type : Full-time

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and client transition projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT Ops, ISG, Risk, Business) and external clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, risk logs, and handover reports.
• Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support site IT managers in executing internal IT initiatives such as server / network refreshes, telephony upgrades, and cloud transformation.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and adhere to risk guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
