As a key part of our customer support operations, you'll assist with inquiries related to orders, accounts, and general services for a well-known online platform. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth and timely responses to customer concerns through written channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email with clarity and professionalism
- Assist with order tracking, product questions, account issues, and basic troubleshooting
- Handle multiple chats / emails simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Document interactions and follow internal processes accurately
Qualifications :
- Strong written English communication skills
- Good reading comprehension and grammar
- Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 40 WPM preferred)
- Prior experience in back office, email, or chat support is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Open to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
