Admin Assistant job duties are as follows : 1. Responsible for the General Manager's schedule. 2. Receive / release, sort and check completeness of attachment of checks for signature of Manager. 3. Will receive calls from time to time. 4. Responsible for filing of documents. 5. Petty cash custodian. 6. Encode receipts as needed. 7. Will do some clerical works.
