Position: Mandarin Service Desk

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off

Salary: Php 80,000 above
Work Set-up: Work On-site

Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving and issuing tickets.
Resolve issues utilizing excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, technical thinking/reasoning skills, and a high level of individual judgment to ensure outcomes of customer satisfaction.
To work in partnership with local management, colleagues, and clients at all levels to ensure requests are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
Remain updated on products, policies, procedures, and other important operational issues.

Requirements:
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing)
Have at least a 10 Mbps internet connection
Customer Service Representative Experience is a big advantage
Can start as soon as possible
