(AS) Accounting Lead / Supervisor - Retail

Summary :

As the  Accounting Supervisor / Lead,  you will lead the accounting team, overseeing its daily activities and ensuring that all month-end, quarter-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications :

• At least  3-5 years work experience related to Accounting Lead / Supervisor.
• Must be CPA
• Have a capacity to lead or manage a small team with 2 direct reports.
• Knowledge in full sets of  Accounts (AP / AR, balance sheet) , primary focus in  managing, overseeing, creating process, closing books.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Highly proficient in key software such as MS Office
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Self-propelled and willing to learn the business.
• Knowledge of brokerage business or similar field a plus.
