Job description

Work Schedule :   Morning Shift

Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility : Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the SAP Project Systems workstream within SAP S / 4HANA projects, ensuring successful end-to-end implementation and integration.
  • Design and configure SAP PS functionalities including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestone Billing, and Resource-Related Billing.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and PLM.
  • Conduct workshops to capture client requirements, perform FIT-GAP analysis, and develop functional specifications.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) objects in collaboration with technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 10 to 13 years of SAP experience with a focus on SAP Project Systems and at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP PS configuration, including Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Project Execution.
  • Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as FM, HR, and PP.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
  • Experience with the latest SAP S / 4HANA innovations in project systems is a plus.

    • Certifications :

  • SAP Certified Application Associate Project Systems.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) Mandatory.

    • Educational Background

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
