We're Hiring : Full-Time Phone Representative!

Join our dynamic team as a Phone Representative (Opener) and become the voice that sets the tone for client success! If you're skilled in handling calls, chat support, and qualifying leads, this full-time role offers a chance to shine. Work closely with our closing team, manage inbound / outbound communications, and help re-engage clients—all while building a career in a supportive, professional environment.

40 hours / week

• Must have at least 1 year of call center and sales experience
• Clear English communication and quick thinking are required
• Tools : MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, Salesforce
• Bonus if familiar with Facebook Meta Chat

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Manage live chats and scheduled client calls

Qualify leads by gathering insurance and service-related information

Coordinate with closers to schedule meetings and follow-ups

Re-engage past clients with outbound calls
