Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and concerns
- Provide basic product and service information
- Process orders, billing, invoicing, and payments
- Manage customer complaints, returns, and escalate issues as needed
- Assist in bid preparations and ensure all orders are properly processed
- Prepare and maintain various reports
