Master's degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC

Forty (40) hours of supervisory / management training / learning and development intervention

Experience

Four (4) years of supervisory / management experience

• a) Application letter indicating the position you are applying for;
• b) Three (3) Original Copies and Duly accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with additional work experience sheet (WES). Forms and Guide-to-Filling-Out the PDS can be downloaded at the Civil Service Commission (CSC) website
• c) Copy of certificate of CSC Eligibility / IBP ID / PRC ID;
• d) Certified true copy of Transcript of Records (TOR);
• e) Performance Rating for the last rating period (for applicants employed in the government);
• f) Copy of Diploma;
• g) Copy of training certificates
