What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and secure buy‑in.
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives demonstrating business value.
  • Create and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training materials that drive adoption.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure solutions address real business needs.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within product development.
  • Identify and remove barriers to adoption through communication and relationship building.
  • Develop communication strategies to highlight product wins and success stories.

    • Required Experience

  • 4+ years in product management with a track record of shipping impactful products (experience with internal products is a bonus).
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
  • Experience working with AI tools and understanding their practical limitations.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable AI prompts and solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proven ability to translate user needs into product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Ability to collaborate synchronously with team members during core hours (10 : 00 AM‑6 : 00 PM US Eastern Time).

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing technology or advertising platforms.
  • Understanding of data analytics and marketing performance metrics.
  • Basic technical literacy with query languages (SQL) or programming languages.
