Job Description

We are expanding our team and seeking driven Associate Lawyers to join us in delivering top-tier legal services. This role is ideal for both experienced lawyers and underbar applicants.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and opinions.
• Assist in client consultations, negotiations, and case strategy development.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on mergers, acquisitions, tax matters, disputes, and compliance.
• Handle day-to-day case management and client communications.
