Salary : ₱18,000 – ₱20,600

At least 1 year Customer Service experience

Accomplished at least 2 years in any Bachelor / Associate Degree

Must be residing in Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, or Quezon (within 70KM from Batangas site)

Online Streaming Campaign – Onsite

Salary : ₱18,000 – ₱20,600

At least 1 year BPO Voice experience

Must be living 0–30KM from the Batangas site

General Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TaskUs Batangas, you will :

Assist customers with account inquiries, technical concerns, and service requests through voice and non-voice channels.

Provide accurate and timely solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Troubleshoot common account or service issues with empathy and professionalism.

Handle a variety of campaigns including online food delivery and digital streaming services.

Work in a supportive, engaging, and growth-oriented environment where leaders value your success.

Basic Qualifications (All Roles)

Must be 18 years old and above

At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum) or higher

Good to above-average English communication skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Willing to work onsite or WFH (depending on the campaign)
